    • Knee-bend and stand up on a place
    • Forward/backward, left/right, down/up body movements on a place (Heiko-dachi), U-shape down/up body movements with carrying weight of a body from one leg to another
    • Happo Sabaki (all directions movements with all types of Sabaki, sliding, body inclinations and using all base technique)
